Do I need to give you my passwords?
If you’re having me do the fixes on your website, yes. Because this service includes immediate repairs, I will need a temporary Administrator login to your WordPress dashboard. I recommend creating a temporary user account for me, which you can delete as soon as the work is done.
How long does the service take?
I typically complete the audit and the repairs within 2 to 3 business days. If you’re only getting the audit, it usually takes 1 business day. You will receive your final report immediately after the work is finished.
Do you work on non-WordPress sites (like Wix or Squarespace)?
My expertise is in WordPress. While I can audit any site, I can only perform the repairs included in this package on WordPress websites. If you use Wix or Squarespace, contact me first to see if this service is the right fit.
What if my site needs more work than just the fixes in this service?
If your site needs a deeper overhaul (like a mobile design fix or a speed optimization overhaul), I will outline exactly what needs to be done in your report. You can then choose to hire me for those specific tasks, or take the roadmap to another developer.
